Coastal Home, Co. Cork

This was a large renovation project over the period of 8 months. The Client’s brief was to redesign the dark damp kitchen located at the rear of the house, reconfigure the utility, wc & storeroom, remodel two bathrooms, design and fit built-in’s, upgrade the heating system, two dormer windows and redo the yard levels at the rear.

The kitchen lean-to was gutted and the new space is now filled with plenty of natural light thanks to a large sliding door, side window and glass door to the hallway. The kitchen layout is practical and has easy access to the utility, wc and store room. All other areas of the house were upgraded to the highest spec giving the Client a very warm, comfortable and inviting home.
